We are a professional String quartet based in the West Midlands. The Harper Quartet have been playing together for four years and is made up of graduates and current students from Birmingham Conservatoire. We have played for a variety of functions, for companies such as the NHS, Birmingham Law Society and Martinu Place shopping precinct to family parties, formal meals, birthday parties and weddings. We can be booked as a quartet, trio and duo. Each member of the quartet has wide orchestral experience and work as freelance musicians.
We play a variety of music from classical, folk to pop music. We also offer a request for pieces service, when possible, adding a personal touch to the evening. For weddings we can play during the bridal walk, the signing of the register and during the reception- all tailored to suit the happy couple.
We are based in Birmingham and are available to be booked in the West Midlands and surrounding areas.
